Product or Item Assignments as a searchable tree and limit assignments

How: Instead of using a CVL for Product / Item Assignments - there should be a tree view of the structure along with a search feature to allow users to find where to assign their Products or Items to. Ive been asked a few times already, why dont our people know the structures by heart. Fact is new people get hired and they cannot know our structure as a requirement on the job application. The assignments should be allowed only on the terminal leaf.

Why: As stated above, 1676 unique nodes within our structure and even 10 year veterans cannot remember it by heart and the CVL option with various layers just doesnt help the users.
