Ability to insert a Language at a given sort order position

How: Similar to the attribute setup in CC if you enter a sort-order which is already in use, the new one will be inserted and all "higher" values will be renumbered automatically.

Alternatively (or both) be able to export the list, organise it like with CVLs and import

Additional context: We currently have set-up 55 Languages. When adding #66 I want to sort them alphabetically which means I'll need to renumber all of them and leave "gaps" of 5 or 10 so I have room in the future to insert a new language at a certain position without having to renumber all of them again.
