Add LocaleString and DateTime fields to fields supported by Worklow Field conditions

How: Currently LocaleString and DateTime fields are not supported in the Field condition function in Workflows. Having to use different ways of working for different field types makes it harder for the user. Therefor all fieldtypes should be available as field conditions.

Why: To make the function consistant and facilitat the work for the user.
