For Who: for specific users it will mean less scrolling and only see useful content

Impact: No impact

Additional context: Implements in the same way the current button 'Hide Read-only' works.

    Hi Simon, I like your suggestion but what did you have in mind for localestring fields?

    Completely empty in all locales, or (maybe?) in the default locale for the user (or maybe a toggle-option to chose between both options...)?
