Between option when querying date fields

How: add "between" as operator

Why: currently you cannot query for a Create or Last Modified on a certain day (00:00-23:59)

For Who: All users

Impact: increased query efficiency

Additional context: I want to query all Products with a Last Modified somewhere on 4/11.

Since you can only add this field once to your query, you can only select the Before/equals or After/equals so you cannot narrow it down to a certain time window.
