Set other file format as default when doing download

How: We would like the XLSX file format to be selected per default in our store when doing downloads.

Why: Our users will mainly use this format.

For Who: Users downloading data.

Impact: Do not need to select this format each time doing a download.

    Thank you for this enhancement suggestion!
    We will look into enhancing this in the new Brand Store solution in the future.
    We are not planning on doing any more enhancements to Content Store.
