Ability to see if there are entities with an extreme number of outbound links, either in a dashboard widget or in an api call

How: REST API call to return top 10 entityids of a certain entity type, based on a count of outbound links.

Why: Visibility, awareness and proactiveness

Who: Currently, users are "blind" when it comes to insights for misuse of outbound links, for example if a user added 100k Items to a Task, or if a link rule in a channel node goes beyond performance limits.

Impact: Ability to actively change or cleanup data that is hurting the performance, or finding misuse of the system.
