Support Extended Attributes and Attribute Groups on Categories in the Integration Model

Request to support Extended Attributes and Attribute Groups on Categories in the Integration Model.

Currently, per engineering:

• Primary entity types are bundles, products, variations and root custom entities but does not include categories. It appears attribute groups and extended attributes have not been supported for categories.

When a custom entity type linked to a category entity type is added to the attribute groups in the IIF Integration Model, the following error code occurs: IIF_VAL_5074 - The custom entityType {0} does not have a link with another entity type from the integration model.

Adding this feature will allow us to include the custom entity type linked to categories in the deltas without the need of an entity and link listener.
