Add the ability to share Import Saved Mappings

Add the ability to share Import Saved Mappings with other users. Currently they are user specific and each user must create their own. It could work similar to Shared Work Areas. This could save time on new implementations and allow for more accurate data mappings.

Same feature is requested for Export.

    Hi, in Content Onboarding the mappings are stored per environment and not individual to the user. Also note that with the August Release you can access and use your already saved import mappings inside CO. You would need to save the mapping with a new CO name though, since the CO is much more richer in functionality.
