How: Add option in CC to deactivate a user + SCIM 2.0 user provisioning

Why: Why have quite a high rotation in new & leaving users in our still growing 400+ userbase. This would make user management a lot more efficient.

Additional context: Today, when I need to reach all users, I download all users into Excel and use their email addresses for email purposes. Next to a ton of out-of-office messages, you also get all error messages for users who have left the company.

We have SSO (Microsoft Entra ID) in place to set-up new users, but there is no automatic maintenance of users possible right now. With the implementation of SCIM 2.0 we could have a n automation in place which could automatically de-activate users who have left the company. That would enable me to filter out those users for email communications for example. Over time we could delete those deactivated users.

Besides the maintenance request above it would even be more fancy if you send a message to certain groups of users directly from CC. However, the main request is the enhancement of user management through SCIM 2.0 user provisioning.
