Our customers are usd to downloading DoC documents from our Dropbox. This is a quick and easy task. Now they'll have to download it from the Brandstore together with the other items related assets. Downloading assets for multiple items takes a long time. Due to this, it's unlikely our customers will use the Brand Store and I've to keep the Dropbox live.

Thanks for creating this product idea!
We recently added support for downloading media assets only, without including a data file via the "Exclude Data" option. We’ve also added the option to configure filter fields for downloads, allowing users to select which types of media assets to include based on the parameters you make available in the store.
