Copy assigned users in workflows during environment copy

How: During environment copy, if a user has the same email in both environments, make sure to copy that user or user group that is set on assignments within a workflow

Why: To avoid manual restoration afterwards

For Who: All users with the Workflow module

Impact: Would avoid manual work

Additional context: Depending on how many assignments are used in the different workflows, this can become a very cumbersome task that doesn't really add any value to the customer. Therefore it would be better to keep it intact during the copy.
