Improve consistency on PUT endpoints

How: Some endpoints (E.G: PUT CVLValues) behave more like a PATCH, updating the translations on these only updates the given translations, while keeping the others untouched. If this won't be changes, this should at least be documented.

Why: This inconsistent behaviour could lead to hard-to-find bugs in implementation.

Impact: If the endpoint-methds are changed, this will likely lead to a new API version. In the case of docuemntation, imapct is minimal.
