CVL - Deletion / Validation of usage prior to deletion

Often times a customer or PIM Admin may need to clean irrelevant or old values from a CVL, in doing so often values that are no longer needed, outdated, or being replaced are inadvertently deleted while still assigned to an entity. When this occurs the time spent to find the now "Missing CVL Value" can be excessive as there are no efficient methods to search all CVL settings for missing/invalid values. This issue costs time to both the customer and the client that could be utilized for more beneficial work.

The deletion process should complete a check for the CVL usage within the model to ensure it is not currently set to an entity or otherwise used in the system. This would prevent and should make the user aware of the usage, then stop the deletion process. This would prevent potentially breaking systems such as outbound connectors and save considerable time.
