How: Create a View for Managers to see Workflow and all In Progress

Why: Ability to help manage workload

For Who: Managers

Impact: Currently building queries for managers trying to get the same view of workflow assignments for their department. Why not give them a dashboard to see tasks along with stats like # of days assignment has been assigned to team, etc. so they can understand how well they are managing workload and reassign as needed.

Additional context: Visibility for those that don't work in the workflow but manage users of the workflow is poor unless you assign them to it as well. Managers don't want all the emails just to have the same visibility, provide them an easy to use dashboard that shows number of requests assigned to their team, how long they have been assigned, ability to identify bottlenecks, etc.
