Automatically reload service settings when saving a change in Extensions in CC

How: When making a change to a setting in an Extension in Control Center, on save, save the record and automatically reload service settings.

Why: To avoid having to remember to click to update service settings after saving a settings change.

For Who: All Control Center users who work with Extensions

Impact: Nice to Have

Additional context: We often need service settings reloaded after making changes to an extension and it would be nice to not have to click to reload them each time. Also, sometimes newer users forget to reload them and run the extension after making a change, without reloading them and don't get the expected result.
