How: When adding a user to the content store, it is beneficial to be able to directly select which environment the user should have access to. The create user option is also under the list so you have to scroll down all the way, a fixed position above would save time.

We have 6 content stores. When we add a user which need 4 environments, we have to search the user in all stores individual. With over 200 accounts that's very inefficient.

In the new version of Brand Store we have just released our new Store Admin to manage stores and store users in a more efficient and modern way. Part of that is a whole new way of manage store users. If you already have stores created in Content Store you will be able to migrate your existing stores and keep all your settings and configurations. The new Store admin for Brand Store is brand new and will be announced to customers in the beginning of January but I wanted to bring this to your attention already now.
