Plan & Release Confirmation Box while dragging entities

Why: Customers sometimes drag and drop ChannelNodes in to wrong tree

Impact: More secure way to work within the Plan & Release view for all.

Additional context: Some customers reported that it's easy to drag and drop entities in the Plan & Release view to accidently drag them in to the wrong structure. An idea would be to add a confirmation box of some sort that would say "Are you sure you would like to drag {X entity} to {Y entity}? YES/NO".
