Ability to Export and Import CVL Mapping (Syndicate)

How: Add a button in the CVL mapping window to export/import Inriver CVL values and Enumeration values to XLSX or CSV, so that we can do the mapping easier in Excel and import the file to populate the values.

Why: It's cumbersome to do the mapping on Inriver's UI; it requires clicking in each dropdown option; it doesn't allow formulas to make the mapping easier. Also, the mapping cannot be carried over to another syndicate channel – the same process needs to be repeated.

For Who: Users who handle syndicate mapping

Impact: Save time by handling the mapping in Excel that offers more tools. Use the complete file in other channels.

Additional context:

I just had to map 20+ values in Inriver's CVL mapping UI. It's a time-consuming and frustrating experience. Instead, in Excel I could have done this conversion much quicker with a formula (converting fractional values to decimals). Moreover, I will have to repeat the same steps when I work on another channel that requires the same conversion.
