How: Create a log history in work areas

Why: This allow any user to evaluate existing work areas created for transparency and data clean ups

For Who: Any users

Impact: Easier to manage work area history , ownership and processes.

Additional context: As an Inriver user , we would like to request for additional feature in PIM to create a log history of any work areas created- such as user should be able to view a log e.g who created it, when it was created and when it was updated?
