Mass update remove selected values from multi-select CVL

How: As an enrich user, I want to be able to mass remove a specific value from items with multi-select CVLs where the items share the same specified CVL value but may have other varied options selected.

When mass updating a CVL, allow the option to remove a certain value from the CVL. A bit like how append adds a value without changing any other options that have been selected. This would remove the selected value without changing any other options that have been selected.

Why: Currently the only way to do this is to export to excel, remove the value in the spreadsheet and then upload. However depending on the entity list size, the export could take a while and then the import similarly could take a while.

Being able to do this using mass update should halve the time to run this process as it skips the export part and just runs the upload.

For Who: Enrich users

Impact: Reduced time taken to update items and keeps user within the PIM system.

Additional context: To do this to full scope would be allowing us to remove (un-append) multiple CVL values rather than just 1. So if we have more than 1 value that needs removing, we wouldn't need to run multiple mass updates
