Abort workflow when end condition of a step cannot be checked

How: abort workflow + stop sending assignment email

Why: when entity used to determine end condition is deleted (e.g. a Task entity having end condition 'Closed'), the workflow engine keeps sending assignment emails referring to workflow steps that cannot be finished.
