Restricted Field "allow/disallow for" option

How: When configuring a restricted field it should be possible to if the restriction is of type "Allow user/group" or "Disallow user/group" from using the field.

Why: Because some times we want to only allow the field for a single user/group, which is very tideous when having to disallow the field for ALL other users/groups than that single user/group.

For Who: Users of CC editing the model.

Impact: Probably low as it could be considered an edge case, but still very valuable.
