Resource import (URL) in Content Onboarding

How: Import resource URLs (such as URLs from a DAM or another external public system), ensuring they are created as Resource entities and linked to a mapped entity level with the appropriate link type.

Why: easier to do all actions in one upload and have as less manual linking work as possible

For Who: all customers

Impact: less actions or separate processes
