Move category tree to the right in Plan & Release to avoid accidental rearranging category structure when adding product to a channel node

How should it work?

The design of the Plan & Release should be changed, so no products should be dragged over the category sructure. Either the ctageory structure could be moved to the far right or the far left

Why is it needed?

When our sales departmetn want to place a product under a channel node/category, they need to drag it from the left side of the screen over the category structure to drag it to the right side of the screen. When doing this, they can accidentally change the structure in the category tree without noticing it. This is very fragile, and the result is that sometimes the category structure is all messed up on our site. The UI should not require anything to be dragged over the category structure. Or the dragging from outside the catgeory tree box should not be affecting the category box. It should only be possible to drag and drop categorys within the category box
