Like with Shared Queries and Work Areas, a user can create a Workspace for the Table View and put it into a "Shared" Workspaces directory. Then any other user can simply select that Workspace and not have to build it on their own. |
Why is it needed? |
This would be able to replace the SSRS reports and custom data views being built outside of inriver for our sales and customer service teams. It would bring everyone into inriver and would make the system easier to pick up and immediately use without too much learning of the navigation. |

You need two new permissions to Share WorkSpaces now. It would be nice if Inriver added the solution to the implemented ideas.

This is particularly needed in clients where they have a very large number of fields, or to create predefined WorkSpaces. Remembering column sizing would be helpful here too.
