Business admin users

What impact would it make?

Allow management of channels to be all in one place

How should it work?

During set up of a channel, business users should be able to create filters to exclude/only include items based on specified parameters similar to how it is currently done in Control Center.

Why is it needed?

Our business admins do not have access to Control Center and thus have to enter an IT request ticket to have filters created. Filtering items in/out of a channel should be a function of the business admin not requiring IT oversight.
