Similar to the way file import mappings are saved in enrich, when a user chooses which attributes are relevant to this export, there should be button in the "manage export fields" screen that allows a user to name and save that export configuration |
Why is it needed? |
each time a user needs a specific export, they have to manually sift through potentially hundreds of attributes that are available in brand store to find the ones relevant to them. this could take 5-8 minutes per export, each time. And if they make a mistake, they have to start over. |

This functionality was available in content store. It was called "Zip Configuration"
In new Brand Store v2 it's possible for a store user to create their own preferred export configuration of fields to include when doing a download. You find this feature under the user settings where you select the "Data Configuration" option:

The user can select from all the fields that are shared in the store and pick the fields and languages that they want to include when downloading data to only get a subset of the fields and languages. This configuration can be saved for later use when downloading data:
