Plan&Release node config, use existing query display as hierarchy instead of list

Who would benefit? Users who intend to configure a link rule

What impact would it make? Possible to find the correct node when the workarea hierarchy is large

How should it work? Display as hierarchy instead of the infinitively long list (the component we use, jstree, already supports it but it is not configured as a hierarchy.

Why is it needed? Currently, the feature is almost unusable when the workarea hierarchy is large.
