Double field: set max number of decimals (Field setting RegExp)

How: The Data type 'Double' should implement the Field settings 'RegExp' as well, which is already possible for text fields

Why: Increase consistent product data, no errors filling in the data

Who: The inriver user/customer and the person that uses the data

Impact: Consistent data in correct data quality

On both the UI input and the data import, the inserted data should be validated with a RegExp statement. If incorrect, the system should show a message that the data is incorrect and not save it.
