Allow HEAD request for assets

To reduce impact on both 3rd party systems and inriver, it would be beneficial to allow HEAD requests to assets, as HEAD https://asset-prod1a-euw.productmarketingcloud.com/api/assetstorage/5209_b56b568f-3d2b-445e-bc4b-0078c105034

This will allow 3rd party systems to check if asset exist and if asset is modified, with low impact in both systems
